Smoked salmon and gouda toasted english muffin

preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

You will need a baking sheet lined with tinfoil

smoked salmon of your choice in pieces some garlic and herb cream cheese spread enough to cover each half of the english muffin.

cover ach half of English muffin with sliced gouda cheese. Add smoked salmon on top of that. Some of a nice sprig of fresh rosemary and fresh dill on top of each half of English muffin as well. Bake for ten minutes.
