Almond butter chocolate chia seed Nutella collagen powder thumbprint cookies

For this you will need: parchment paper, a medium size mixing bowl and a spatula to remove the cookies after they cool.

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 egg

Whisk the yogurt and egg together

2 tablespoons ancient nutrition plain collagen powder (mix it in well)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (whisk it in with the egg and yogurt mixture) 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder mix it in well)

1 teaspoon baking soda (stir it in well)

1/4 cup chia seeds (whisk it in)

1/2 cup almond butter (mix it in well)

1/2 cup quick oats mix it in really well

Let the bowl chill in the fridge for an hour for the chia seeds to set.

Once it has chilled for an hour, roll the batter into balls about the size of a meatball and make a thumbprint with the back of a spoon. This batch will make about a dozen cookies.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella in the cavity of each cookie and chill in the fridge for another 45 minutes.

When that is chilling, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

When the chilling time is done, pop the cookies that are on the parchment prepared baking pan already and bake for ten minutes.

Let cool for fifteen minutes at least before moving them on to a plate.
