Bell pepper and quinoa salad with corn, pineapple and cilantro lime dressing

For this you will need:

one large orange bell pepper, rinsed, seeded and diced

one large red bell pepper, rinsed, seeded and diced

One large yellow bell pepper, rinsed, seeded and diced

one small can of pineapple tidbits, drained

One 15 ounce can of corn, drained

2 cups of cooked quinoa according to directions

your favorite recipe or brand of cilantro lime salad dressing to taste

This is one where you do not stir in the dressing with the salad right away but you wait to serve yourself then add some of the cilantro lime dressing to your bowl.

Stir everything in a medium mixing bowl.
