Buffalo tuna cream cheese spread
You will need:
One package of cream cheese differed to room temperature
One can of fishwife in hot oil drained (or equivalent amount of regular canned tuna marinated in your favorite hot chili oil preferably overnight and drained. This method can work with canned chicken or canned salmon as well if you prefer either of those)
1/4 cup mild enchilada sauce
1 Tablespoon your favorite hot sauce (I used Franks)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve on wheat thins or preferred cracker
