Buffalo tuna melt
For this you will need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
You will need two slices of your favorite sourdough bread. I chose Seattle round bread.
Two stalks of celery chopped
Two green onions (green part) chopped. Add it to the buffalo tuna spread recipe I just posted.
A slice of white cheddar or American cheese
Spread a decent amount on one in buttered sides of the bread slices on the prepared baking tray.
Prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil.
You will need to butter one side of each slice
Place it butter side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread on some of the buffalo sauce from the recipe I just posted with the additional ingredients mentioned in this recipe.
Add the cheese on top of the buffalo tubs spread.
Bake for ten minutes.
With a spatula flip the sandwich closed so that the buttered side is facing out.
