Heinz 57 Ground chuck meatloaf

You will need:

a baking pan

tinfoil or parchment paper to line the baking pan with

2 pounds ground chuck

½ cup Heinz 57 sauce

½ cup quick oats

2 eggs.

For the glaze:

½ cup ketchup and ½ cup Heinz 57 sauce.

preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and form a loaf on it with the ground chuck mixture in the center of the pan. Bake for 20 minutes and take it out and pour glaze on it. There should be exactly enough glaze to cover the loaf. Use a culinary brush to make sure the sauce gets all over the loaf. Put it back in the oven for 25 minutes and check for doneness with the meat thermometer.
