Salmon Parm Sandwich
For this you will need a one pound boneless and skinless salmon fillet. Rub it in olive oil and for the seasonings for this just eyeball it. Dried dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper and rub it generously on the salmon fillet. Line an air fryer with parchment paper and air fry the salmon fillet at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes. check for doneness.
When that is cooking, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
You will need a baking sheet and line that with tinfoil. You will need two slices of white bread buttered on one side and buttered side down on the tinfoil. Spread one slice with cream cheese and the other with some pesto. Slice fresh parmesan to taste and slice a few cherry tomatoes as well. Put the parmesan on the side that has the pesto and the cherry tomatoes on that side as well. Then take the salmon when it is done and put it on the slice of bread that has the cream cheese. Bake open faced in the oven for ten minutes. When that is done use a spatula to help you close the sandwich in on each other. Enjoy
