Strawberry, brie and gruyere toasted sandwich
you will need a baking tray lined with tinfoil
set it aside and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Two slices of white bread of your choice (I chose sourdough) This is an eyeball it type of a recepie according to the size of bred.
A few slices of Guyere cheese, some brie cheese to fit one slice of the bread
A few fresh basil leaves depending on the size of the leaves
strawberry jam of your choice (I chose Smuckers)
Sliced almonds
butter each slice of bread and put it butter side down on the tinfoil. Spread strawberry jam on each slice. add Brie on one slice and gruyere on the other slice and basil leaves and almonds throughout the slices.
Bake for ten minutes and when it is done, use a spatula to close one side of the sandwich on top the other side. enjoy.
