Apricot and havarti toasted cheese sandwich

You will need two slices of your favorite white bread (I chose sourdough)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

You will need a baking sheet lined with tinfoil

depending on your bread size this is an eyeball it type of a recipe

your favorite apricot jam (I chose smuckers)

A sprig of fresh rosemary

Some Havarti cheese

butter one side of each slice of bread and put it butter side down on the tinfoil. Spread each slice with the apricot preserves and add the cheese and rosemary on one side. Bake for ten minutes. Use a spatula to flip one of the slices on top of the other to close the sandwich. Enjoy.
