Sweet and hot chicken marinade

You will need a medium size bowl

A container big enough to fit five chicken thighs in a big ziploc freezer bag is excellent (your choice either bone in or skinless and boneless)

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 Tablespoons hot honey

2 Tablespoons raw honey

Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large ziploc freezer bag in the fridge for at least half an hour or overnight.

Cook the chicken according to your favorite method. I chose pressure cooking in the Instabt Pot.
