Toasted bacon sandwich with apples, caramelized onion and rosemary

two slices of bacon of your choice (I chose turkey bacon)

Two slices white bread of your choice (I chose sourdough)

cook the bacon on the stove top and toast the bread in the same pan the bacon is cooked in.

in a small bowl, mix 2 Tablespoons of Mayo and 3 generous pinches of rubbed sage

2 Tablespoons mayo and 3 generous pinches of rubbed sage. Mix these in a small bowl and spread on each slice of the toast.

Add in some of the apple, caramelized onion and rosemary savory topping to taste andclose in thesandwich.
