Mango Vinaigrette

You will need 3/4 cup roughly chopped ripe mango

2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut water

6 Tablespoons light olive oil

1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice

2 teaspoons raw honey

2 pinches red chili flakes

for the he and serve rbs eyeball the amount accordingly a bit

a few leaves of fresh basil, torn up

a nice amount of fr3esh cilantro torn up

1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

whizz everything up in a blender and serve on your favorite salad greens. It also makes a lovely cod fillet in the air fryer
