Smoked salmon pizza

you will need:

one bobol individual pizza crust

your choice of pesto, mayo and dijon (favorite brand)

smoked salmon

zest of one lemon, divided

1/2 of a yellow onion chopped and sauteed

garlic and herb boursin cheese

fresh grated parmesan to taste

For the sauce 1 teaspoon pesto, 2 tablespoons garlic and herb boursin cheese, one serving of mayo, 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard and the zest of 1/2 of the lemon. mix it together and spread it on the pizza crust

add parmesan cheese on top of that and smoked salmon. eyeball the amount of smoked salmon accordingly and add the sauteed onion sprinkled on top of that.

Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
