Italian herb non dairy ground beef egg bite
You will need:
A muffin tin or silicone muffin mold prepped with cooking spray.
8 eggs beaten well
1 tablespoon minced dried onion put in the egg mixture as the ground beef cooks
1 pound of ground chuck cooked on the stovetop until done
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pieces of Italian herb sun-dried tomato in each muffin cavity (or more depending on how big the pieces are)
Use a ladle and pour the egg mixture in the muffin cavities.
Add the ground beef (I used ground chuck) in each of the cavities to make sure that each one gets a good amount of meat. Add the sun dried tomato.
Bake for 20 minutes.
