Smoked salmon egg bites
You will need:
1 blender
1 muffin tin with 12 cavities
A medium size bowl to mix stuff in a bit
1/4 cup room temperature onion and chive cream cheese or your favorite garlic and herb cream cheese
8 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Pam cooking spray to irritate the muffin tin
4 ounces smoked salmon (add this in after you pour the mixture into the muffin tin)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Prepare the muffin tin with the cooking spray. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and traverse it to the blender from that. Blend it a bit in there. Add the dill and stir. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and then break the salmon so there is a decent amount of salmon in each of the cavities until the 4oz of salmon is used up.
Bake for 15 minutes. Check and then bake for another 5 minutes. Let it cool and get it out of the muffin tin using a butter knife to loosen it. Enjoy.
