Mushroom feta quiche

You will need one prepared pie crust

One small yellow onion chopped

A few handfuls of sliced white mushrooms

1 and 1/2 cups mozzarella and feta divided

3 eggs beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup double cream

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

One tablespoon olive oil for sautéing the onions and mushrooms

Preheat yheviveh to 425 degrees F

Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a skillet. Mix in the wet ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Layer half of the feta and mozzarella abd pour the mushrooms and onions mixture and a good portion of the egg mixture svd add the rest of the cheese and pour that on top of everything.

Bake for 40 minutes and cool for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
