Strawberry and cinnamon greek yogurt grits

You will need:

a large to medium size pot

a whisk

measuring spoons

1 cup of milk, 3 cups of water

1 cup grits

¾ cup of plain greek low fat yogurt

2 and ½ Tablespoons honey

boil the water and milk. whisk in the grits and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Take off the heat and add the greek yogurt and ¼ cup of strawberry jam of your choice, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon and ½ cup fresh strawberries wither whole and prepared o sliced, whichever prep method you prefer. Enjoy.
